Welcome Reception – 13 May at Clarion Hotel Post
We kick off the event with a pleasant welcome reception at Clarion Hotel Post. Guests will be served a mingling dinner along with non-alcoholic beverages. For those who wish, the bar will be open throughout the evening.

Banquet – 14 May at Kajskjul 8
On 14 May, we invite you to a grand banquet at Kajskjul 8 in the harbour.
The evening will start with a welcome reception, followed by a delicious three-course dinner, non-alcoholic beverages, and live entertainment.
For those who wish, the bar will be open throughout the evening.
